Softside products
To clean your product, remove loose dust and dirt with a moist cloth. If marks are still visible, dip a clean soft cloth in a solution composed of non-abrasive household soap (with a pH between 5 and 7) and lukewarm water, and rub the fabric gently. Then remove soap solution with a clean wet cloth. If the stain remains, we suggest trying a product used for spot removal on clothing, or using foam cleaner recommended for use on carpets or upholstery.
Please note: In order to avoid moisture stains when cleaning, we suggest gently rubbing the fabric in a circular motion, working from the centre of the stain with the cloth, and then moving slowly away from it until you have treated the entire panel of the affected item.
Leather products
Ensure the long life of your Samsonite product by following these simple guidelines:
- Regularly wipe clean with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
- Only use special leather care products and test them on a less visible part. Never use excessive quantities, and do not rub hard.
- Remove any moisture immediately.
Graviton and Graviton G-LUX
We advise regular use of metal polish (cf. used for household purposes). Shake the polish before use. With a clean soft cloth apply a thin film of polish; this should only be used on the shells. Rub in a circular motion until the polish disappears and the shells are glossy again. (Surface cracks and deep scratches cannot be removed by means of this polish)
