Hand your suitcase in:

• at the Samsonite Repair Centre directly when you are in the area, or
• at the local Samsonite dealer

Samsonite Repair Centre

If you hand it in at the Samsonite Repair Centre the staff will execute a professional repair according to the Samsonite quality standards and guarantee conditions as soon as possible. They will keep your case available for you to pick it up.

• Guarantee repairs: at no charge
• Non guarantee repairs: repair cost will be charged

Local Samsonite dealer

If you hand it in at the local Samsonite dealer he will make sure that the case will be repaired either at the store or at the Repair Centre.
