Web Launch Contest Rules
Maximum of (1) entry per person. Each entrant must fill out the entry form and provide a name, valid email address, and postal code to be eligible for the contest.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Samsonite Canada Inc. (Samsonite Canada) web site at http://www.samsonite.ca and complete the entry form. Winners will be notified by email only. THE DRAW PROCESS: To determine the winner of a prize, a random draw will be held by Samsonite Canada from eligible entries received no later than seven business days after the official close of the contest . The draw will take place at the Samsonite Canada offices located at 753 Ontario St, Stratford, ON N5A 7Y2, Canada. Winning entrants will be notified by email. In the event that Samsonite Canada is not able to contact a winner within three (3) days of the issuance of a notification email, the selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with any rights to the prize and another entry will be selected from the remaining eligible entrants. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible photographs received. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first be confirmed as to eligibility and then correctly answer, a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question, unaided by another person to be conducted during a prearranged telephone call at a prearranged time
PRIZES: Prizes cannot be refunded and are not convertible to cash. All prizes are subject to availability by the supplier. To claim prizes, winners must contact the office of Samsonite Canada and may be required to provide information as to size, colour or other relevant details. Prize winners cannot call Samsonite Canada collect. Prize winners must call between 10am and 5pm North American Eastern Standard Time. To enter and claim a prize, a person must have attained the age of majority as of the date of a draw and may be obligated to pay for shipping and handling charges for a prize if requested.
Employees of Samsonite Canada and/or sponsoring companies or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
By entering a contest entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the contest rules and the decisions of Samsonite Canada, which shall be final and binding with respects to all aspects of the contest, including and without limitation the eligibility of entries. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Samsonite Canada, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper concluding of a contest), the contest can not be completed as described in the rules, Samsonite Canada shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

Facebook Photo Contest Rules
Maximum of (1) entry per person, per day. Each entry must consist of a unique Samsonite product. Duplicate photos or photos of the same product from the same household will not be entered in the draw. A valid and active Facebook account is required to enter this contest.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Samsonite Canada (Samsonite Canada Inc.) Facebook Fan Page. Upload a photo of your Samsonite luggage to the 'Fan Photos' album. In order to be considered for the contest you must 'tag' the luggage as yourself in the photo. Mail-in submissions will accepted and subject to the following guidelines: 1. Samsonite Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged photos. 2. Mailed in photos must be no larger than 5" x 7". 3. Photos will be returned if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is included with the mail-in entry. Winners' photos will not be returned, due to possible publishing use. 4. Mailed in pictures must be accompanied by the following items: valid email address, entrant's name and brief caption, cheque for $19.95 per photo; payable to: Samsonite Canada Inc. Address: 753 Ontario St, Stratford, ON N5A 7Y2, Canada . A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned cheques. USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS: Samsonite Canada reserves the right to publish submitted photo(s), entrant's name, city, and any captions submitted on the Samsonite Canada website and/or marketing materials. Slight photo alterations may be made by our staff in order to fit our site or email newsletters properly.
